SouthBank Incorporated, formerly Kagay-anon Rural Bank (Cagayan de Oro City), Inc., was acquired by the Zealep Group in 2004 but actually assumed management in February 2005. It is organized under the laws and regulations governing the establishment and operation of Rural Banks in the Philippines under RA No. 720, as amended by RA No. 7353 (Rural Bank Act of April 2, 1992.
